You cant get amplify damage charges anywhere except The Gavel of Pain
You can get CTC amplify damage on striking on any rare/magic weapon other than orbs, as well as Lacerator, The Cranium Basher, The Gavel of Pain, The Vile Husk, Witchwild String and Atma's Scarab.
