True, free accounts don't get the goodies that paid accounts get (polls, custom styles, etc.), but Yahoo adds a ton of ads and unwanted spyware, and free message boards like N57 are a hassle. But with LJ, it's easy to admin, talk to friends, read story posts, etc. I enjoy it. But I'm not a typical LJ user. :P
