Two things:
First, it's not exactly nice to post an image without any indication of who or where it's from (unless you read the image properties).
Second, webmasters hate when you link straight to images. That image is part of their site, and they don't like people sidestepping it and not showing the whole thing.
Of course, Penny-Arcade is a classic site you should be visiting every Mon/Wed/Fri as it is :P
