Summoning necro on hell?

I resumed my long-forgotten reviving necro, and walking through NM now...
Few things are worrying me now :unsure:

1. How to kill the first monster on hell (if 'personally', with what weapon etc.)
2. Are skeletons and/or mages usable on hell?
3. How is summoning necro performing agains PI monsters?
4. What act 2 merc aura is the best?
5. What golem is most usable on hell?
