Oh, and yes, they can. Only if dropped by a monster that doesn't have a level overwriten by the Area level thing. Like Baal or Diablo.

export the item with an editor, then open it with a hex editor & read the code :)


do you know of any spesific monster that can drop at the stated lvls?

diablo, baal, nilathak, andy, duriel and mep doesnt..
