I had a character who played with a friends conversion pally for a while. As far as I can tell the OHK on ex-convertees still happens most of the time. The monsters are left with 1 hp after conversion wears off though, and do begin to regen immediatley.
I did notice with my assassin, that it does *not* occur with mindblast(as least does not occur with any frequency).
