You can't have both arch-angel's and blazing/charged/freezing on the same item since they're in the same group.

You are missing the potential automod. It could have Wyrm's or of the Mammoth there.

And certain combinations of staffmods don't work. So it can't just be any 3 of your choice.

And even if the item did work, it'd be +2 from arch-angel's, +2 from blazing/charged/freezing, +3 staffmod, for +7 total. Not +9...
