Call To Arms(Armio sounds odd, but it does have the word "Arm" in it...Dialect maybe?)

I think you're on to something here. In the first beta patch, 'Call to Arms' didn't require the use of an Ohm, so its runeword was just "ARMI" or in other words "army." The Ohm was added at the end simply because 'Call to Arms' was too powerful and too easy to make the old way.
