Everyone has diffrent surroundings, and thus the idiocy ratio will vary widely.

I have seen morons of both genders, and believe me, I wasn't worrying about what gender, ethnicity, or creed they were. :)

Also, some people aren't assholes all the time. I met this one guy who convinced me that he was the scum of the earth, but getting to know him better proved him to be less scummy, and perhaps ocasionaly a decent person.
