If there is, it's news to me.
I suppose it's a form of piracy, but given that the games, and the systems they are played on, are not just out of print, but also out of support, I don't think it makes much difference. PC games tend to have a longer shelf-life, legally, it seems. *shrugs*
I'm always up for a good ROM game. But then, I prefer the consoles, ALWAYS, would gladly pay a good chunk of change to get a console / cartridge over a ROM any day. :D I own FF3, BoF, and SoM, but not CT. :( Someday. I even own a Virtual Boy! How many people can say THAT? :D
One of these days I'll have to throw my ROMs up on my site... :P
