Much as that weapon would need it, there's no recipe for upgrading set items.
The 350% ED is part of the full set bonus. You'll get that if you have a complete Aldur's set, regardless of which version each part came from.

Min damage = 60 * (100 + 350 + 240 + 423) / 100 = 667
Max damage = 93 * (100 + 350 + 240 + 423) / 100 = 1035
That's a bit lower than what you listed. Perhaps you have some other damage-increasing items, a higher-level fury or a HoW. *shrugs*.
