Charsi & Elzix still sell awful normal level items in hell difficulty.
I was looking forward to some mirrored boots or whatnot and maybe a blade bow. :(
Still not all is lost as I picked up a lvl 18 plate with +40 life and +30% ligthning resist.
Elzix also no longer seems to lag while opening the trade screen (because of generating too many items before).
