According to skills.txt the healing synergy is 15%

(100 + skill('Prayer'.blvl) * par7) / 100

par7=15

while the damage synergy is

(skill('Blessed Hammer'.blvl)+skill('Fist of the Heavens'.blvl))*par8

par8=50
