I gave 1 point to each skill, even the bone tree. All level 30 req skills are usefull, and with +skills from items you end with good skill levels.
From then on I added to CE. Cheap, uber, sure, but getting a corpse in players 8 hell isn't that easy even for 1.10 skellies.
