I'm with Monty on this one. It drove my Mara up the wall that I couldn't find gear with the stats, sockets and base armor type that I needed. I was a pure armor spec and was sporting almost 30% evasion rate simply because of other requirements. That is the real power of IR, fixing their broken gearing system.
