There are days when I feel like I should be doing more. But, I've actually had a doctor, who worked with me for several years, call me hyper compliant when I said I probably wasn't a very good patient. Doing what you're told you're supposed to be doing can still leave one feeling lacking and frustrated when progress comes exceptionally slow.
