I'm not ignoring you, it's just too soon to tell. I don't expect to really have a firm grasp on how my change in attitude affects others for quite some time. I should mention that I discussed this with my wife and she says she's noticed a change, but perhaps because I mentioned it, it's more of a case of self-fulfilling prophecy. But I have noticed little things in the way we discuss, and I'm more prone to think before I speak, and when I do react, I catch it right away now; both these things has caused my wife to be more open when we talk because I'm less aggressive and defensive and so her words don't have to be as guarded or equally aggressive herself so, all in all at it's very least is making conversations smoother, but it's still too early to tell the long term effects. Oh yes, and when I'm tired or hungry, I find it hard to stop myself from being reactionary, so I have to be aware of these weaknesses.
