My youth was indeed not like yours and it saddens me knowing that so many children have bad or non-ideal childhoods.
I just hope I will be able to raise my kids in the best possible way.
A good childhood is a very important thing for a good life, but it is also good to read how you single-handedly make sure your life is going the right way, and making sure your kids will not have the same upbringing you had.
