There are many things then that are untestable, or subjective. Other "things", like Time (i.e. space-time), are so pseudo-conceptual, and yet most of us understand so little about it (e.g. CPT symmetry violations by quantum particles).
Our strength is the rationality of science with the human capacity for imagination. I'd say the two aspects are what make us human.
