Blizzard gain a flash of insight?

The Blizzard post suggests that they finally admit they have no idea what the hell they're doing, and might be actually testing out the consequences of their next actions.

The bit in red is IMO a bit over the top.

I think they have a pretty decent idea of what they are doing, and are adapting as they see how the community has responded to the game.

What I am not sure of is whether or not they'll re-introduce the Mana Shield Bug, to give the game more of that Diablo I feel.
