For the reward Anya gives you when you bust Nihl's chops, she gifts you with a Unique Jewel offering random but high-level stats, and that also bears the name of your character. When inserted into a Socketed item, the name is then applied to the item. Thus, it's personalized and improvedâ though this would limit personalizations to weps, shields, armor and helms.
