If I were you, instead of answering the quoted questions above with the statements you've used, I would refer folks to the first of your rules. Your local laws/regulations may vary, but all county run parks where I live prohibit the consumption of alcohol or use of firearms while within the bounds of the park, and smoking is prohibited in multiple public places. I think national parks in the US have similar alcohol use restrictions, though I'm less certain here. Also, perhaps you copied and pasted without a close editing eye, but the answer to the alcohol question should also be regarded with an eye toward local and federal regulations (I realize ages differ between countries, but my reading of the original post waqs that the thread was aimed at holding an event in the US).
