Perhaps I should have said a cross between Dirty Harry and Andy Jackson Taylor to make it clear that I was speaking of individuals and not of groups. I'd think the quickest, easiest way for North Korea to take out South Korea is to detonate a nuke to deliver an EMP attack, or otherwise knock out South Korea's internet services. You'd end up with either mass suicides or open revolt by the internet addicts.
