Not quite, Lycanders Flank has a fixed +25-50 damage mod, as well as its ED %. While the base damage and ED% damage gained from ethereal would be ~1.5 times the normal amount, the +25-50 damage mod does not get the 1.5 multiple.
Just subtract 12.5-25 damage from your result, or 182-738.5.
(not that I verified your proposed damage numbers though...)

Few can match the extra mods on Lycanders though. Would be a decent choice(assuming the spear skills have had some revamping).
