Do you consider Foxbat's Diablo II Accelerator to be a cheat / players who use Foxbat's Diablo II Accelerator not to be legit ?

No. And this is coming from me with my strong "muling is cheating" stance and old Voodoo II card that lets me run the game happily without any desire for personally using such a mod.

I don't feel that Foxbat's Diablo II Accelerator is a cheat at all. All it does is switch off some extraneous graphic rubbish, like rain, in order to free up some processing power for actually playing the game. That gives no unfair advantage to the player - It merely reduces a disadvantage in some cases where there is one.

And Blizzard doesn't consider it a cheat either. :P
