Very few of these "leaked" talents/spells will make live in their current state. Just reading down the list, almost every third ability would be totally broken in PvP.
Blizzard tends to develop these spells and then later on in the beta process, tweak them for PvP balance. Don't be surprised to see much of this thrown out or drastically altered. Just a walk down the Priest list made me laugh. I mean, Divine Hymn? Come on!
