In the last AV weekend, I came home from a looong Monday at work & just started thwacking away with my protadin. In ~5 hrs. I came up with a little less than 5k honor & way too many AV marks than I know what to do with. It shocked me.
They didn't have to discount the rare PVP trinket IMHO. All Blizz had to do was make them purchaseable via gold/badges along with the other PVP loot.
