Basically, you need 5 people who you can trust to click a box when there's a HUGE raid warning on their screen telling them to do so. Then you collect epix.
Fried of mine recently had his guild break up after failing on Mag. They'd been farming Gruuls and had a couple of T5 down but Mag was beyond them. It might be easy to you that's done it a hundred times but for a new guild without that experience it was harder than the rest of it's tier and some of the next. It probably deserved the nerf.
