It's moot, anyway -- you shouldn't be able to get the same timestamp twice in a row.
Though if you could scramble the first number using a second RNG, you'd just need a different kind of variable, one that is entirely independant of the timestamp... Individually, they'd produce the exact same results, but together, they'd be scrambled. Blargh, nevermind.
