You must mean Runewords, right ;) ? Yes, there will be a lot of New runewords. Famine looks really interesting:

Ignore Target's Defense
Adds 1-50 Lightning Damage
+30 Cold Damage
+117 Poison Damage Over 6 Seconds
+10 To Strength
Poison Resist +50%
+17 Life After Each Demon Kill
This would be really great for my Werewolf...(I found a 4 socket Decapitator a few day ago, Lucky me :D)
Too bad they might still change it, these are not probably the final stats...
