2.3 Patch Notes

I got a message about my video settings being set back to the defaults when I patched. Logging in, I found the graphics to be much better without noticeable slowdown (I cut my settings back before to improve performance). I can't figure out what they did, though. Did they do anything? Anyone know? Did they just go back to the defaults and I forgot what my card can do?
