My barbarian was lvl29 at the start of act3. I remember that i used a Steeldriver, its lvl req is 29. I think my lvl was so high because i solo'ed in 5-8 player games. my newest char,WB is lvl 28 in act 5. it is so low because i played with a friend and didnt go solo at all....
