Rash of disappearing items

Seems there has been a lot of people experiencing an item loss after today's maintenance.

It has come to our attention that many players are experiencing unexplained singular or multiple item losses from one or more of their characters. These losses seem to have occurred during our weekly realm maintenance

If any of your characters have been affected by this issue, we ask that you please post in this thread. Any pertinent information we receive from our player base can only assist us further in understanding the cause of these item disappearances, and will more than likely aid in a quicker resolution.

- The item(s) missing.
- The last time this item was known to be in your inventory.
- The last time you logged in and out of the game.
- The approximate date and time the item was acquired.
- The enchantments or modifications that were on the item(s).
- Whether or not the item was equipped when lost.
