I'd echo MJ's comments: Get thee to Naxx!
My guild on Malygos is a sliver behind you guys in AQ40 - we just had our first session with the Emps. On the other hand we've been killing Razuvius regularly for 3 or 4 weeks now (while trying to kill enough of the trash to complete "Echoes of War").
If you guys can kill the Twin Emperors, you're more than capable of killing the easier bosses in Naxx. On our server slightly more guilds have killed a Naxx boss than the Twin Emperors; but only one guild has killed C'thun so far.
If you wait till C'thun is down before starting Naxx it may be a long wait; and there is some wickedly Phat Lewt to be had in the necropolis.
