Curb stomp was painful, but that was a great movie with a powerful message, I believe.
The scene in Sin City where Hartigan neuters that yellow creature made me cringe and cross my legs.

Saw. The part where the guy saws his foot off even though they don't show much, I still can't watch it.
I agree that I can barely stand to look at the Ice skate vs. molar scene in Cast Away.
I've seen plenty of gory movies, but I can't seem to remember any of them. I guess I've become desensitized to violence after seeing so much of it in moview, videogames, TV, newspapers, etc. I'll have to think of some more later.
EDIT: Just thought of another. Pulp Fiction where Travolta stabs the woman in the heart with that giant needle. Yikes!
