I agree with this. If someone can take my ear fair and square without using an exploit or hack, that's fine with me. I don't want to be suddenly dropped from a game and killed by some script kiddy. Thus, the timer is great, even if it is for a few seconds.

I would want one more change though... If someone declares hostility on you, you still should be able to use your party's portals. That gets really annoying. :)
