The new Shield Slam costs 20 Rage, is normalized at 2.20 speed, and is affected normally by AP. They also state that that damage is reduced, but of course do not list the new values; I guess that'd be too easy.
When someone gets a chance, I'd appreciate it if someone could post the values for the four ranks; the notes say it's an increase in damage-per-rage and hate-per-rage, so here's hoping it's better than it currently is.
I'd still like to see it be a 100% chance for a dispel, though <_<
