way underpowered. Unless that thing is blasting almost every hit, its worsed then the C'thun axe.

Those are the statistics for the sword as they currently are in the database, as they were datamined a while ago. Thus they are most likely subject to change.
As for the staff, this is the staff of Medivh, and as some might remember, it wasn't exactly "flashy". Hence the graphic.
