I gotta say the "full circle" analogy falls a little short of the finish line Doc.
The treatment of Native American's by 'white people' is hardly analogous to the current state of affairs with illegal immigration. 'White people' aren't subjugated to the illegal aliens, nor have their belongings been stripped away.
It's entirely possible to make a connection between 'jobs' and 'belongings' to try to justify the analogy, but such a connection is weak at best. It's simply not on the same scale.
It's not exactly apples and oranges, but its pretty close.
