Don't be insulted or anything, but have you ever considered being elected in to some sort of public office? Your ability to boil something down to the plain and simple is an asset. And to do it with wit and grace doubly so. We need more straight shooters at the lower (and higher) levels of government.

You would be the sort of person I would vote for if I were allowed to vote.

Thanks for the show of support, Doc, but I doubt the skeletons in my closet would stand up to the kind of scrutiny that public officials undergo. :shuriken: There is more to getting elected than having some sense.

I watch with great interest the Senatorial campaign of James Webb, in Virginia. He freely admits that he will not easily wear the collar.

Can he get elected? If yes, there is hope for the American political process.
