Bottom line, saying that womens' earning potential is better than men because they can commit a particular kind of sex-specific fraud is nonsensical. The FBI crime report suggests that men are more likely to be arrested for fraud than women (54/46 M/F split of arrests by sex), so even there I guess women are "earning" less than men? :)
