Please, 1.1 is not the same as 1.10 - this small dot between numbers is not a decimal point, and 1.1 is actually = 1.01 and that version went live a long time ago (sorry to nitpick, but this "abbreviation" irritates and confuses me a lot).
To the best of my knowledge (i.e. from whaht I read on other sites - as I hadn't got this piece yet), Devout Bracers drop on both sides (from Thuzadin Necromancer/Shadowcaster on Undead side).
