If you wipe in stage 2 of the event the gate will close. If you wipe in stage 1 of the event, the gate will open.
Conversely, if you wiped in stage 2 (and the gate closed), then wiped in stage 1 again, the gate will open again.
Conversely, if you wiped in stage 2 (and the gate closed), then wiped in stage 1 again, the gate will open again.
