Decursive makes it too easy

It is more likely that one enemy in PvP has Decursive and uses it, than the whole team would have a coordinated cleansing AddOn system. Therefore Cursive could be funny to bust out if you see an enemy overactive cleansing.

You are unlikely to run up against many teams that don't have CTRA (unless you're talking PUGs, in which case all bets are off and debuffs probably aren't being dispelled/decursed/cured etc. anyway). And CTRA has its own built-in version of decursive, and an active development team.
