I wasn't aware that the VP killed anybody... Are you implying that the VP should be charged? From the reports I've seen everyone at the scene, including the victim, say it was an accident.
The VP has been confirmed as not having the correct stamp on his license. What other charges would you file? Criminal negligence? Maybe. Assault? I don't think so.
