Plague Javelin

The poison trail from Plague Javelin doesn't seem to poison foes.
The cloud works fine, but I have yet to witness a monster getting poisoned when crossing the trail.

Ding! Very true, in my experience the trail poisons nothing. Bit of a bummer isn't it :)
