We finally took a peek at Gruul last week and I'm pretty confident that given a full night we'll get at least High King Maulgar dead and get some shots in on Gruul.
Anyway let me know if you can make it. We'll go in at 8 server and stay till about 11 server or till we kill everything in there. We might go longer if folks really want to or we are making good progress, but 3 hours is a pretty good chunk of time when a few wipes are expected.
Hunters try to pick up a bit more nature resist gear if you can. Talking with the healers based on my tests of NR anywhere from 325 buffed down to 200 buffed, 225 buffed seems to be a pretty good level (so around 150-155 unbuffed) to save the healer mana (or let them help heal someone else) and let's you do a lot of damage to help keep aggro. It's not required for both, the 2nd hunter can get away with none, but that will suck up more healer mana.
Mages, bring your stam set so that we can make sure Krosh can be handled.
Talk to the various alchemists about potentially getting flasks made or consider getting some Ogrli'la rep and some apex shards to buy some flasks that Aether-tech Assistant sells. Though you'll need a group to get through the event and keep the vendors alive. Since flasks last through death and you can expect to do die and they can make stuff easier, it could be worth the time. They are by no means being required. I'm just pointing them out.
