Yes, I think 'God-Mode" is accurate.

On rare occasions when you have monsters actually coming close to you, one can always weapon switch. An amazon with shield and high passives almost never gets hit. Now, if that switch is storm shield, and gaze and string are added....on the rare occasions that you do get hit the damage will be minimal.

I know on my full dr/block necro I can stand in the middle of piles of cows for quite a long time in relative safety. Adding in passives would just make that duration longer.

Sadly I agree with the general assessment of an Amazon's Godlike status in the game. I've tried to like Bow Amazons, but they've been so powerful for so long it's like playing Minesweeper with the largest play area and the fewest mines. ;)
