I have an axe wielding iron barb with a beast ettin axe right now. And I am quite happy with him. I was thinking though, would a WarSpike be able to reach 8 frame attack since it's -10 versus the 10 speed ettin.
I used the calculator on diablo2.de and I looked up warspike, I put fanaticism to lvl 9 and looked at the attack speed table. It says that warspike with 27% ias and lvl 9 fanat can reach 8 frame ? Is that true? If it is true, I'd rather have the uber speed then the good damage of ettin.
Does anyone know if tha'ts possible?

So, on normal attack I can go faster then 9fps, but for concentrate 9 fps seems the standard. How much ias is needed for a -10 weapon to reach past 9fps?
