confused regarding TC's - weevil - 12-06-2003
As i was strawling through act 1/hell the other day i suddenly noticed a war pike drop by the hands of a simple skeleton, one of diablo's most puny creations. This is weird i think, because as far as i know war pikes are in a pretty high TC, only droppable by highend act5/hell mobs. It turns out i was right (if d2data or diabloii.net are correct that is) the war pike IS only droppable by high act5 mobs. Later my friend tells me that he got a hydra bow drop in act 1 as well, and i read on diabloworlds forums about a guy who got wf from eldritch/hell.
Whats going on? =)
Is it simply a matter of dii.net and d2data.net not being fully 1.10 updated? have i misunderstood the concept behind TC's? does the fact that i'm playing HC/ladder give me better droptables compared to SC/non-ladder?
